Tariff:

                   Mid Week: (Monday to Thursday):

$250 for 1 night, 10% discount for 2 nights, 20% discount for 3 nights or more

                   Weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday):

Fri=$280, Sat=$370, Sun=$280 for 1 night, 10% discount for 2 nights, 20% discount for 3 nights 25% discount for 3 nights or more

                   More than 2 people

Adult $30 per night. Child $25 per night   (For use of sofa lounge bed, $50 once off fee)

Deposits / Payments

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking using Mastercard or Visa. The balance will be charged to the nominated credit card up to 5 days before the day of arrival. We can also accept cash as payment of balance on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Applies from confirmation of reservation for cancellation that is caused by the client.         (Booking Deposit=50% of total charge)

1. More than 21 days notice from the scheduled arrival time: Booking deposit is refundable or transferable, less an admin fee ($50 + commissions and costs).

2. Less than 21 days but more than 5 days notice from the scheduled arrival time: Booking deposit is no longer refundable. However, if we are able to rebook your cancelled dates, we will refund your booking deposit minus the administration fee.

3. 5 Days, or less than 5 days notice from the scheduled arrival time, or failure to arrive: Full tariff is payable

4.  Communications with respect to cancellation or transfers must be confirmed in writing (email or letter) and must be acknowledged by us.

5. Booking payments made through third party booking agencies are not refundable.

6. Bookings payments made through a third party agency are non refundable
